Position Overview

Our ideal candidate is an energetic, resourceful, and ambitious individual who wants to join a stellar team. Candidate must be motivated, optimistic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ultimately eager to learn.  This is a great entry level opportunity for someone looking to grow. Responsibilities will include: source and contact candidates for a variety of technical roles, mine for resumes using resume databases and other tools, review and filter incoming resumes, coordinate interview schedules for recruiters and hiring managers, meet and greet candidates, and coordinate interview line-ups.

Here are some things that would be nice to have. Not all are necessary (so don’t freak out if you don’t have them).
• Experience working in a fast paced, technology company
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Amazing communication skills - this role is all communication, so the clearer the better!
• Send correspondence to candidates during the recruiting process including: interview confirmations, necessary applicant documents and various follow up.
• Update recruiting reports and candidate databases
• Previous work experience in Human Resources or Recruiting
• Collect candidate feedback summaries from interviewers

Education, Experience and Competencies:
• College or University graduate
• Strong communication skills, in particular, a solid phone presence
• Must be extremely internet savvy
• Previous HR experience in recruiting or interacting with candidates is a plus
• Smart self-starter who takes initiative
• Super organized and detail oriented
• Likes working in a very team-oriented environment.
• Strong computer skills, experience with Outlook, Excel
